Buying a car is stressful...your agents were polite and informative. The bottom line is the SALE.... I was uncomfortable about aspects ofthe financial process.

Justin, who took care of me and my family when I purchased the car was excellent. No hassles, he was up front with us. I really would recommend him to others. Now, your “credit” guy was a different story. I don’t think he ever introduced himself to us, he attitude was like he didn’t want to do what he was doing. Not very courteous at all. If I had met him first, I would not have bought the car there.

Grateful that total wait time was only 3 hours considering I had no appointment and there were several ahead of me.

My experience with this dealership has been excellent.

Oil change was completed in a timely manner. The service rep was courtesy and kept me informed of the process. The only negative was the complementary car wash, takes way, way to long, and additional 1hr and close to 40 mins. He did advise me it would take time. I didn't expect that.
