Excellent service

I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, waited in line for 5 minutes, another 5 minutes to write up my service request. I waited for 11/2 to 2 hours, I was informed about 30 minutes into my waite that I needed break flush & refill. The whole experience was very good as usual.
