My appointment was made with Paul through another advisor when Paul was away from his phone. Paul contacted me to confirm my appointment and checked me in upon arrival. He contacted me by phone to advise of the diagnosis and again when the service was completed and ready for pick up. Upon my return to the dealership he explained everything to my satisfaction and completed the transaction and I was on my way in no time. Paul is very efficient and personable and will remain my service advisor.
