Excellent service

This is my second time at Nissan, and there is nowhere I can go to feel more ignored than when I walk into the service department at Nissan. I had an appointment, was on time, and it still took 10 minutes to get checked in. I was advised by the surly representative that Thomas was my service advisor, but he wasn’t there, so he’d grudgingly check me in. I am giving this 4 stars because my recall was taken care of; however, the service department should be better managed so that the employees can be attentive and civil. Thank you.
