Fast service

Service was quick and courteous.

I fully understand the current situation with the pandemic, social issues, political worry etc we face today. However this visit lacked the personal touch, there seemed to be a feeling of stress or tension. The facility wasn't as clean as previous visits. The service personell seemed irritated and as if they couldn't care less. You asked and this is from a customer who owns a Nissan, and is looking to buy another.

I went in to get my oil changed and multipoint inspection. The service was fast and Casey was very nice. I have been complaining about my passenger door for a year now. Other service employees almost seemed to write it off. He was the first that I felt truly looked at my car. Come to find out the alignment of the door is off.
