Jason was great! I had two issues. First, if I'm bringing my car because my AC is not working for the second time in five months, the mechanic shouldn't be listing the part in Fair condition. The AC is blowing hot air, obviously it's not in fair condition. Secondly, while I'm waiting for the mechanics to tell me what's going on with my car, your sales rep Justin calls me to try to get me into a new Nissan. Seriously? I've had multiple issues with my Nissan in the four years that I've had it and he thinks that I'm going to purchase another one? As a customer, if you're calling me to get me into a new car rather than a figuring out what's going on with my current car, it makes me think you're not really interested in fixing the issue. Like I said, Jason in the auto department was great. He knew that he needed more time to address the issue but also that I was going down south and I didn't want to delay my trip. So, he allow me to take an Altima in place of mine.

The customer service experience was wonderful. The staff was very kind and the waiting room was very clean. The car wash took a little longer than expected. However that won’t stop me from returning.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My truck was serviced timely and the service manager thanked me for coming in. Overall it was a great experience.. great job!
