Service advisor was excellent. He called me daily with a progress report on the repairs to my Leaf battery. He arranged for me to have a loaner car while my Leaf was in the shop. I could not wish for better service.

Had a 1 p.m. appointment I arrived at 12:45 and did not leave until 3:30pm and all I was just there for an oil change. I did receive I $10 discount for the wait but I spent more than that having to pay my son's school for aftercare since I arrived late to pick him up.
