It seems like to many people was scheduled at the same time I was scheduled at 4:00 and two hours later I was told it will be about two more

I made appointment last week & arrived at desk @1:46 for my 2:00 appointment for oil change & tire rotation. At 3:52 I was informed my car was still waiting to be serviced! There are no comfortable chairs anymore in the service area, only tall chair/stools, no coffee, no popcorn, NO amenities of any kind any more. No electric plugs for low phone batteries to charge. I had to sit in New car sales department to sit down as I am disabled & unable to sit on a tall stool for 3+ hours! After paying I found out my car was NOT close to the building exit in the storming weather, I had to press the lock button on my key to FIND my car in the downpour! I was completely soaked through. I am 74 years old & unimpressed with Coggin Nissan's service department's complete lack of customer accommodations. My service manager did a good job & was very helpful, but the Dealership let me down. I probably will NOT return to Coggin Nissan in Jacksonville Florida in the future.
