It turned out to be a good experience. The only thing that bothered me was the 1st service advisor asked questions about the AC. He made me feel like I was freezing my AC up by running it too cold. He didn’t write it up to be checked... I went back to express my concern about it not cooling again. I asked for my service advisor and he had it added to the list of problems. The diagnosis came back with a O ring leak.

Please allow me to preface my comments by stating that I never ever leave reviews. Clearly today is NOT that day. I'm a first time visitor to Coggin Nissan and Casey the service advisor made it the most pleasant experience. Brought my 10 yr. old Maxima in for an unusual noise and they quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem with ease. I'd be doing the Dealership a disservice if I failed to mention the movie theater in the building, YES, A MOVIE THEATER!!! Viewed a classic while waiting.... "You're killing me Smalls." If you guessed Sandlot, you'd be correct. Dealerships are those places you never wanna visit but if you keep a car long enough, becomes inevitable. With that said, the next time my car is in need of repair, I think it's become quite obvious where it's going. Thanks again Casey.
