I was late because there was a lot of traffic, however Richard got me in without any problem. He provided great service and explained everything perfectly. Richard is great!

Casey was wonderful and the fact they brought me car after I realized I couldn’t get off work in tine... wow! I wasn’t expecting that!

The experience was great! They took my car in even though they were booked up and I was able to drive off the lot with my car the same day. My only problem would be that they forgot to put one of my lug nuts back on my front wheel. Other than that they did amazing!

I came in for a simple “tail light is out” thing but did some research and had read that the entire assembly would need replacement since it is an LED light that should never burn out. It turned out to be an electrical issue from water intrusion, from a prior owner getting in a wreck and damage to the headlight, which was connected in a circuit and causing a short. I did spend more than I expected to initially as a result, but they took care of me and there is a lot of peace of mind knowing they figured out the root cause and fixed it.

I came in to have a camera replaced on my 2019 Rouge. The Service Advisor I have worked with for close to 30 years is Bill Mooney. I can always depend on him to be honest, straight forward and to act with complete integrity. As a woman who knows nothing about cars, it is a very comforting feeling to work with someone of his caliber. Because of the reputation he has gained with me over the years, I will always do business with Coggin Nissan at the Avenues. I know I’ll get the service I need as quickly as humanly possible in these trying times.
