I wasn't anticipating the cost of the part for the work. The staff was kind but wasn't expecting that additional cost.

Very good communication, Feel bad I had to wait a lot even tho I had a appointment. Appointments should be a priority. Not really like first come first serve. But other than than that I'm satisfied with everything.

The service desk got me in quick, had a first pass diagnosis shortly after. They got the parts in as quickly as possible, even checking local after market availability. They checked for coverage of the repairs through my warranty and extended warranty and made financing available. The car came back washed, repaired and even had all of the recall items addressed. Other issues outside of the repair work were identified and quoted with no pressure to address them with this visit. The shuttle service to and from work was prompt and friendly. These guys are the real deal!

I had reservations about the work to be done on my vehicle. Paul gave me a good level of comfort it could be fixed. Check in was easy, I was told how many cars were ahead of mine so I had an idea of when it would be serviced. I really like the text with the site to see the progress of the service. Check out was easy and thorough.
