Great service

When I arrived I was greeted and asked to please give them a moment and someone would help me. Richard ended up assisting me. He explained what the findings were for my car and seemed genuinely concerned about getting the answers for me. He provided a nice experience for me and even apologized for having me wait for a hour. 😊

The staff was great. Just moved here from Pa where we had our vehicles serviced by the local Nissan Dealer. Our service was just a good as what we have previously been used to.

EXCELLENT rating. My experience was great. Had a 7:20am appt time for an oil change that resulted in a total wait time of about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Any wait time under 2 hours is appreciated. This also included a tire rotation and engine oil filter. The associate helping me was very communicative and cordial.
