Service was great however I did not receive the complimentary car wash at the end of my service.

Bill Mooney is the best. Got a good deal on tires. Set an appointment and he had me in and out in two hours.

Listened to needs and responded with professional service

Overall, the experience was excellent. Tom, our customer service rep, was great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that we had to wait approximately 40 minutes just to get our car washed!! After service, I asked if we could get our car washed (shouldn't you ask??) and was told it would take 15-20 minutes. Not sure why it took so long as we were the second car in line. Ruined our quick service!

Service is always fast. Waiting area is comfortable. And Bill at the Avenues is the best service advisor anywhere. I bring my business there mostly because I can count on his honesty and integrity.

Communication was there every step of the way. Updated regularly upon new findings or progress. That was nice. Car back the next day so it was quick.
