I had to remove all the protective plastic and paper after service myself. This should have been removed by the technician after my car was delivered

Good service and the place was well sanitized

Richard did great as always, even working on his vacation (though he had to leave before the car was done and left it w/another technician). We never got called when it became available and had difficulty reaching anyone late in the afternoon before we got confirmation it was ready and then had to rush to pick it up quickly. Other than this tidbit, everyone was great.
