The gentlemen that assisted me on Monday 29 June 2020 were courteous ,efficient and professional. The source of the oil leak was determined quickly and I was on the way home in less than an hour A well done 👍 from us.

The guys at Coggin Nissan at the Avenues provide stellar service. Jason made sure my car was checked in for my appointment. Casey made sure everything I requested to have looked at was completed. Casey even made sure the parts I needed were ordered and that I received an appointment when they came in. Casey communicated with me during the process letting me know when everything was complete. I really appreciated his friendly and pleasant demeanor, Casey is top notch!!

It's always nice to know going to Coggan at The Avenues you are always treated as a VIP. BILL MOONY and all the other Service Mangers do a superb job taking care of the customers. Bill has been my Service Manager for over ten years and he has been fantastic. Always looks out for my best interests and gives me q detailed report on what the mechanics fixed and anything that they recommend to be fixed. Justin in the detail shop did a superb job cleaning and putting on the Resist All on my Titan . It looks just like the day I received it from Charlie R when I purchased it Oct 2018. I also would like to say thank you again for the bottled water, it will be nice to have the popcorn beverages and coffee back after the virus goes away. All of your employees do a terrific job maintaining a clean and safe building. Until I see Nissan at the Avenues again for service have a safe continuous year. David W Durban

I have no problem with the dealership and there performance. They did everything they could possibly do. But I am very disappointed at Nissan for taking almost 2 months getting my warranty equipment to the dealership. And as of now because of the delay and it being under warranty Nissan has not helped with a rental. We are a small business and do installs all over the country. So we have to have a vehicle to perform for our customers or we are out of business. Think Nissan should rethink this a little.
