Service has always been great at Coggin. I did have and issue about the paint peel on the hood & fender of my vehicle. The tech said the Storm Blue Color is prong for that. My issue is why wasn't there a recall for this known defect? Telling me my car is over 100,000 miles, and I must go through Nissan North is unacceptable.

My sales person Raquel was outstanding. She was courteous, fair, & honest. The management I don’t think was as good. There were some issues with the car such as a rear fender that needed to be fixed that they refused to take care of. The fender is an issue that should be handled during the maintenance inspection. The vehicle didn’t have floor mats, another issue that should be handled during maintenance inspection. I would rate the dealership as far as the way they handled their issues a 3 out of 5. I would rate Raquel as a 4-4.5 out of 5 on her sales performance.
