1st time at this location. Great service and communication with service provider, Thomas.

I was and have been previously, very pleased with the service center at Coggin Nissan at the Avenues. They look busy because they are busy but always take time to make sure the customer is well taken care of. The desk staff and mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and do not complicate terms or phrases and speak a more common lingo. Fast service time, respectful staff, and familiar faces makes getting any work or repair job done at the dealership a weight of the back with a nice sigh of relief.

My advisor was Richard. Of all the times I have been at this dealership, he has been the only one that has treated me with respect and actually listened to me and actually talked to me and not over me. No one in this department has ever done that. He went out of his way to help from the very first phone call yesterday. Please thank Tara as well.

Car was left for service and picked up a few hours later. Car will be returned to Nissan for problem with AC . Part was not in. Advisor was courteous . All were wearing masks .

Raquel, our sales rep, was great! She let us test drive as many cars as we wanted, ultimately leading to our new maxima! She was not pushy or overly aggressive which was very nice.. and coggin was able to make what we thought was an impossible deal happen for my husband who has less than perfect credit. Thanks!!
