Casey H. has always taken car of me and my family's needs by taking care of the vehicle we use nearly everyday. Most people don't realize that their vehicle is a second home and the mechanical operations of that vehicle is a key factor in safety. So thank you Casey H. for keeping me and my family safe. I do want to add that the appointment scheduling and time frames for the number of people at a time is poorly calculated. In the event of covid-19, there shouldn't be 15 to 20 people scheduled right after each other for the safety of the employees and customers. Other than that, thw wait time isn't that bad as long as I have Casey as my advisor.

Casey great as always which is only reason for 5 star rating because I would hate to penalize him for everyone else’s incompetence. He is the lucky one to always deliver the news of others mistakes to me. Car took extra day cuz technician busted part so you had to get another part. Then, technician failed to reset the message requiring oil filter service in car. It is just always something. Not a lot of confidence in you technicians

Great service as usual. Really appreciate your teams efforts to socially distance and minimize contact. Not all service departments in town are doing as well.
