Casey Hamlin and the service team have been exceptional, The department is overflowing because Atlantic is the best of the Nissan Dealers. I live on the West Side that has three Nissan Dealers and use Cogan on Phillips because of the great people. I bought my wife a car there also. Mr. Hamlin should be promoted to Service Rep Program Mgr. with the authority to control number of appointments per day and insure smooth transition of work load accomplishment in coordination with the Service Gen Mgr. When your the best in town you soar with the Eagles and not roost with the turkey's! A happy staff of Qualified Mechanics that take pride in their work and are paid right, is the essential key that get the job done right the first time. My service was much quicker than expected today. The assistance from Paul and Casey were great as well. I’m confused as to why we must wait for a certain advisor though if others are free why can’t they help? Regardless of having to wait for a certain person I’ll be back for future services.
