Like usual, it was a five star experience. I scheduled appt with operator. When I arrived Bill went over what was scheduled, followed up with additional maintenance items. We will schedule them for next month. He messaged me that car was ready when I had time to come back to get it.

When dropped my car to oil change and tires rotation the Nissan team was kind as usual but assured me my vehicle will be done in one and half hour which did not occur. They spent 3 hour in total. Please make sure to fulfill time frame stated to customer. Thanks
