Even with COVID-19 making it hard, Bill , Casey and Thomas in the Service department are diligent at getting you in and out. Making sure recalls and items that you needed are being handled. Thanks for being the best in Jacksonville!!

Very happy to submit feedback on my service experience from yesterday! With us being in the middle of a pandemic, I had been putting off getting my vehicle serviced due to work and family obligations! I contacted the service department and got a appointment for my service and was told the estimated time the service would take. When I arrived at the service department I was greeted by Bill and Thomas did the paperwork for my vehicle. I was not at the dealership more than 5 minutes before my vehicle was taken to the service area to be worked on. My vehicle was returned to me in the timeframe that I was told after it was serviced! I was happy while at the dealership to see all of the employees being safe with social distancing and wearing protective mask while dealing with the customers! Most of the people in the service waiting area were over the age of 60 and seemed very appreciative of the way the area was set up for their safety. Jody and his team continue to a great job in the service department at this dealership and that makes it a very easy decision for me to always go back to the dealership for service! I have purchased 3 vehicles in the last six years from this location and service has always been one of my deciding factors! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to tell you my feelings about my experience! In closing I would just say keep up the great work!

Casey was awesome as always. My one complaint, which is far beyond his control, is I had a 10:00am appt to have two tires mounted and did not get out of there until 12:15. It’s a 20 min job.
