Took almost double the quoted time for an oil change. It was comped without me asking. That made me feel better about waiting almost 3 hours without an update.

With the COVID crisis going on, the service center was a little understaffed but Raymond provided such great customer service during my visit and made sure to keep me updated with the status of my car and tried his best to get the service completed as quickly as possible. Great experience overall!

My service advisor is Bill Mooney and I can’t thank him enough. Bill is always very knowledgeable, has a great attitude, good communicator, always explains to me what’s being performed on my car from start to finish and very courteous. I would definitely recommend Bill to anyone that Owen a Nissan and greatly appreciate Bill.
