Pleasantly surprised, had not bought a new car in 10 plus years. Was expecting a haggling, long and drawn out fight. I genuinely liked Caleb. He was knowledgeable and friendly but not pushy or aggressive. I am referring my friends to him. He kept me informed and walked me through it. Great experience! Thanks so much and love my new Rogue!
