Had an awesome experience, as always! The lady who scheduled my appointment was very polite and helpful. I had no idea I was able to get right in today, for an Oil Change and Multipoint Inspection. I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name she was very nice. And of course I always request Richard! If he wasn’t there I would have waited for him! He always listens to my concerns and helps me with exactly what I need and ask for. He is always so kind and an amazing listener and never tries to sell me things I don’t need, right away. I was concerned about my battery and wanting my car to be sure to start. He did the multipoint inspection, all came back good. He said my battery was fine, maybe a new battery next year. I will definitely be back to Richard for his amazing service! I will also buy my next car at Coggin Nissan at the Avenues because of Richard! You can buy a car anywhere but the service after wards is really important to me, and what really matters. I gave my feedback as excellent and 5 stars 🌟. I would have given more stars from here to the moon and back! Thanks Again for everything!

I’ve been going to that dealership for years and owned 3 Nissans so far. I love the service and especially the service advisor Richard, that been helping me every time with my car. He addressed the issue I had, got me a loaner car while mine was in a shop. Very pleased. Thank you!
