The only reason I’m giving not a perfect score is the overall experience, which is to say that there were issues Stacy found and had to deal with that were never presented in the sale of the vehicle. I felt like I was somewhat taken advantage of during the sale, as it was clear the vehicle was not ready for sale and should never have been sold as presented. Fortunately, Stacy was able to help through the process of getting it where it needed to be, and now I’m overall pleased with my purchase STRICTLY BECAUSE OF THE QUALITY OF SERVICE I WAS PROVIDED BY HER. I feel comfortable that if I have further needs, she will escalate and put priority and making sure I receive them. Overall experience : 3 out of 5. My experience with Stacy? 5 stars out of five.
