Very good service , brought the pathfinder in and the battery was going bad. Service Tech Rich took the car in and had it fixed. Rich had to stay after hours so I could pick up the car. Much appreciated, great employee.

The actual service was fine. The wait time for the shuttle and the communication about how long the wait was was terrible. I got a call saying someone was on the way to pick me up, and an hour and 15 minutes later no one had shown up so I called/texted back and was told they were on the way. The driver called to finally confirm. Either you need more drivers or customers with appointments should be given priority. I had an appointment and was told it was still a 2 hr wait.
