All is well

Casey did a fantastic job. I dropped off my car for an oil change and he made arraignments for the shuttle to take me to work. He then called me when my car was ready, which was well before the agreed upon time, and the car was washed and vacuumed out when I picked it up. Nice additional touch!

All the car problems were taken cared of in a quick turnaround time and I was extremely pleased with the service they rendered.

Car was towed and upon arrival the service advisor was waiting to get the car checked and repaired. Also a complete check was done with recommendations for possible future service noting what was a safety feature or general maintenance. Work was timely and professional with repairs being explained and questions answered in terms I could understand.

Arrived at 7am for an oil change and to replace rear door trim that is coming off for the second time. The trim had to be ordered so I have to come back and the oil change and car wash took 2 hours?

As usual, the focus is on customer service at Coggin and that's what I got, good customer service.
