Service personnel were excellent. Simple oil change with an appointment shouldn’t take almost two hours though. I will still come back but the wait was little long.

We had a transmission issue . I informed Casey, our service manager, we had a Vacation trip planned and needed to rely on our 2017 Murano to make the drive. Casey had the transmission inspected and isolated the problem which required replacing the valve body and flushing the trans. Trans is fine now, no more issues. Repair was covered by the Coggin Nissan extended warranty we purchased with car. We appreciate Casey’s service management and Coggin standing behind the warranty. Thank you!
