I made an appointment for my FY20 Nissan Murano for a recall at Nissan at the Avenues. Mr. David Craddock was very professional and helpful in assisting me with getting my car checked out and back to me. I will request his assistance in the future.

I was very pleased with the service at Nissan, where I bought my car some years ago. I explained the problem I had and the service manager, Casey, treated me with respect. They kept my car all day to thoroughly check the entire engine. It was returned to me clean and driving as smoothly as a new car. Communication was good and pricing fair. I continue to love my Nissan. I like the popcorn too!

Great service as always. Richard is a great service advisor and a big help with the truck.
