Jon was very helpful and patient in finding the right car for me. I had only intended to stop in to try and get an idea of what the Acura interior looked like, not expecting to make a purchase.

Great service. Thomas (service advisor) was professional and friendly. It was stated that due to lack of personnel due to Covid-19 that it would take longer than usual. He said 2 hours and he was just about right on the mark. Car was not washed as it usually is but I understand the circumstances.

Professional and on time

Richard was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! I called told him what was going on he said come see me and I will take care of you...I asked about a rental since I have two small children and he assured me that he would hold a rental for me as he understood about having little ones ...he took a really bad situation and made it so pleasant! Thank you Richard for your kindness you never know what someone is going through and your kindness helped me more than you know and made me a lifetime customer based strictly on our interaction! You are amazing!
