The service at Nissan is always excellent. However, I was under the impression it wouldn’t take the hour and a half but regardless, my cars oil was changed and tires rotated- just wish the time was shorter.

I went in for an oil change and asked if they could also take a look at the front end alignment, since it was pulling a bit. They did a full diagnostic check and figured out the issue. Although I thought I was going to be stuck there waiting for a few hours, (shuttle driver was off that day), one of the techs was very nice to take time out of his schedule to drive me home. I was later sent a full report detailing the issues and Paul, my assigned consultant, even took the time to explain further in depth over the phone. Definitely great customer service and communication!
