Everything was great. My only thing was them moving my seat backrest. I don't like to recline while I drive and I don't understand why they need to move it to drive to the service bay

I have had many issues with my car, but my service guy has been the most helpful and nicest person I've seen at Nissan, he's also funny, which helps when you're having a bad day. Appreciate his hard work so much.

Richard is an excellent asset to your department. My wait was extremely long, but he made it worth the wait. He went above and beyond to try to accommodate me by even offering me part of his lunch! For an oil change, tire rotation and air filter change along with a hand wash by Richard, I was there 3.5 hours.

Great customer experience

Everything was expected. No surprises! Richard is always professional and busy as well. I assume that is a good thing.

My service advisor gets a 10. However the appearance of the ladies bathroom and the movie room with broken chairs and dirty floors was a 1. I have never seen this dealership in such disarray.
