Just takes too long most times. Had 12:00 appt. Car did not even leave pull in area until 1. Otherwise, good job in service dept. Lady at front desk on 5-12 needs to stop complaining about her life to anyone who asks how she is. Too loud, heard her whole routine starting at 5:30 and how much she was dealing with.
