They could not find parts for my car since it is too old and discontinued. But they found an alternative simple solution and did not change me for the service. Thanks

Received a great deal once I spoke with sales manager. Very nice truck. Very friendly staff and good experience. Still waiting on a wrench to take off the safety lugs but they assured me it’s coming.

Service advisor communicated well and were prompt. Vehicle runs better after having camshaft sensors replaced. Too pricey. Parts are what they are-ok. Quoted for 2 hours of labor but took them approx an hour. No discounts. $49 shop disposal fee is excessive for disposing of 2 camshaft sensors, no fluids. Not even close to reasonable.

Richard was great. I was leaving my job and my rogue was not cranking right. He went above and beyond after he just found out his cousin passed away and his wife has covid. He calmed me down when I was freaking out at 4 today. He put a new battery with assistance right on the spot. He is going through so much. He has waited on me before and has been great. Nissan is so lucky too have this guy. He saved my day and weekend.

For a person who has had nothing but bad experiences with dealer service departments throughout my life, I certainly had as pleasant of an experience as I could ask for. The service writer, Mr Mooney, did everything possible to earn my business and solve the issue. He helped me contact Nissan corporate, although that experience wasn’t as pleasant. He didn’t push other, less needed repairs, probably knowing that if I had a good experience and allowed it to sink in, I might actually come back for that work, which I might do. Every dealership could learn from this man. You don’t have to make all of your money on THIS visit, treat your customers well, and the return business will more than pay off.

I always enjoy working with Casey. He is so sweet, respectful, honest and I trust his judgement. He moves me through the service dept swiftly as possible without hassle.
