My car failed on the highway traveling from NC to Miami 30 minutes before the service department closed and I barely made it there. Once I arrived, Richard helped me diagnose the problem and worked with me to get a rental. His attitude was fantastic even though it was closing time! Richard and the entire team are incredible. They actually care about you and your vehicle and it shows. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Coggin Nissan. Thanks so much, guys!

Richard is awesome. He is very professional and does whatever it takes for total customer satisfaction. He actually went and washed my car today, I always tell him because of previous times they did a bad job. I can't thank him enough for going over and beyond. THANK YOU RICHARD

Everything was great. As always the customer service is A+ but I did not receive the car wash I usually get with the oil change.
