Casey Hamlin is one of my favorite service advisors. Always knowledgeable and helpful. My passenger seat sensor issue has not yet been resolved by Nissan (nothing to do with Casey's service) and I am hopeful Nissan is able to resolve what appears to be a known defect.

The best customer service advisor, Bill Mooney! Very professional and friendly and very knowledgeable. Takes the time to explain in detail any issues or my concerns. Gets me in and out pretty quick. Great Job!
