I had to bring my car in for service and it needed a few other things. One of the service managers, Bill, was very friendly and accommodating and gave me a loaner car because they had to order some parts. He also made sure my car was washed when I went to go pick it up. I will not go to any other Nissan dealer besides Coggin at the avenues. They are great!

Service was performed. They usually wash the car but did t this time . Settings on dashboard were not put back to compass setting. Had to call when we got home . However our coupon was honored .

Came in after multiple tries at other dealerships to try and find a family vehicle that checked all my boxes and was within budget. I was not turned away when I mentioned this would be a cash car. Instead Mr. Charlie took his time, helped me find what I wanted. He even drove to St Augustine to pick her up. They were able to give me more for my trade in than I was expecting, they did so well keeping under my budget that I was even able to purchase the extended warranty. The only hiccup we had was in the detailing. At first glance, it was perfect. After getting in the vehicle and looking through and under everything, we found spilled drink residue in 2 storage compartments and food under the back seat and in the trunk. The car was in detailing before we arrived. And we waited an additional 4 hours, and still had to clean it ourselves. Overall I am extremely pleased with my experience with Coggin, it was the most painless dealership experience I've ever had. I would have voted 5 stars had we not had the issue with the detailer.
