Excellent Customer Service!! Very Pleased!

There were conflicting info on the financial numbers in my sales contract that wasn’t revealed until I signed the contract

Everyone was very nice and I definitely appreciated being given a realistic time frame, admitting that the service techs do take lunch breaks thus work is not continuous. I think in the past cars also used to get a quick wash after lots of service but I guess not anymore.

Casey and the gentleman who knows sign language in the service department were very helpful. I’m not deaf but he was helping me while casey was busy with other people and I did not get his name. Casey went out of his way to find me as many discounts and save me as much money as possible and I really appreciated that

Had to wait a day to get a loaner. After that all was good. Thomas did communicate and let me know how things were going.
