My representative was supposed to be David, but another service associate checked me in. The service associate was not as friendly as I would have preferred him to be. I remained at Nissan while my vehicle was being serviced. The associate said it could take up to 2 hrs. for the service of my vehicle and when that time was near (10:20 - 12:20), I walked to the service area and saw my vehicle parked in the area where completed vehicles are parked No one notified me that my vehicle was ready though. I then went to the service desk and saw a receipt that had the same service number that was placed on my vehicle's rearview mirror on David's desk, but I did not see David. Richard, who was truly customer friendly and engaging, assisted me in checking out. My rating for my interaction with Richard is definitely a 10!

Charli was an extremely professional, kind, and helpful salesperson from the moment I walked into Nissan Avenues. He was very good about listening to what I wanted and immediately offering a test drive based on what my preferences were. Charli makes the customer feel welcome. Charli explained all the new features, clearly knowledgeable about the cars and tech, and helped me pick the best car for me. He worked to help me find a deal that met my budget and provided with everything I wanted in my new Nissan Rogue and even more! I also appreciate how all staff members at Nissan Avenues followed their own COVID set of guidelines for social distancing, masks, and shields. Everyone was wearing their masks appropriately the whole time, which is the best thing to see in such weird times today. It made me feel safe and welcome, and I actually wanted to stay and make a deal. When I visited other car brand dealerships, they did not follow any of their own posted COVID guidelines and it makes the atmosphere feel uncomfortable, but not at Nissan Avenues. I wanted to continue my relationship with Nissan Avenues because of their customer service both in sales and in maintenance. I have been recommending Nissan Avenues and Charli to all my friends!
