Again, Bill in services is a rock star and suggested it was time to consider trading. After being a devoted Coggin Nissan customer I had two terrible experiences with the sales staff. After owning four nissans I was disappointed that there was little value to my Murano but there was no budging on the sales price, sales rep came right out and said I couldn’t afford a new car, second time I share my business card with the salesman, next morning he sent me a text and didn’t even call me the right name. It was a decision that took some time realizing that my next car wouldn’t be with Coggin Nissan. This week I picked up my 2019 Subaru and it is great. Sorry I had to make the change.

My service advisor Bill is great. Will the general manager was extremely helpful when the service manager was unresponsive.
