I appreciated the service advisor who wasn't there when I got to the appointment, but texted me to recognize that I was there. Another advisor was quick to address the needs.

Took care of my issue, they test drove the vehicle until they were able to pinpoint the problem, and then they fixed it. I was never hassled or felt worried about the price. They provided me with a rental for 4 days and ensured the car was back to baseline. Thank you!

Everything went well I think—only critique is that apparently your comp wash had to be asked for and only included vacuuming the front mats. The interior dash board was left dusty and interior windows were still smeared with fingerprints and doggy slobber. But a very friendly service dept personnel!
