To the in person assistance with Mr. Charlie and other sales team members to the final phase with finance! This is certainly why I didn’t mind driving over 2hrs to purchase my vehicle because of how much the operation team at Coggin takes care of their returning clients such as myself! Everything was great but I did not hear from the advisor until called in the afternoon. He said he sent a text message to our landline instead of my cell phone. If its a bug in your system, please report it and get it fixed.
