This was my first visit to Coggin Nissan. The check in was smooth and easy for service of my car. I was able to track the time and expected completion of my appointment on the TV monitoring in the waiting area. David checked me in and made sure I was comfortable.

The work spears to be done well and in an efficient/timely manner. They did have me come back to replace the headlight since a tab had broken (ordering a new light takes 3-5 days) but that only took about an hour to replace the light and realign the headlight since I noticed that was not aligned properly. The receptionist and I never seemed to have a meeting of the minds and she left a bad taste but the "coordinator" of all the service was polite and effective.

Bill is the only service representative I trust to take care of my vehicle. I have tried others and been disappointed. Bill always goes out of his way to ensure my experience is excellent and I now request him any time my vehicle needs to be serviced. He is honest, trustworthy, and I never feel I’m being taken advantage of. Please never let Bill leave!!
