it took an hour and a half for an oil change. I had an appointment and did not need tire rotation. That is too long and I will not return for that service again. The customer service people were all very nice and professional.

Service Rep Jennifer is always very welcoming, knowledgeable and warm.

Loved the valet service. The only thing I wonder is I paid for oil change but no one reset the oil settings in the dashboard so it was still at 22%.

Made an appt 2 weeks in advance for a recall -2nd time my car was there for the same thing and the results were the same could not give a loaner after they picked up the car told me it would take a week for part to come in. Did not respond to my texts or calls to deliver car back. I had to find a ride to pick up my car then I was told they were going to give me a rental- really you could not call and let me know I am fine with Deland Coggins
