I always dread going through the process of buying a new vehicle. I had three dealerships that had the vehicle I wanted and Coggin Deland Ford gave me the best deal for my new car and trade for my vehicle. My salesman worked with me on his time off and delivered my vehicle at a half way point so I didn't have to drive so far, saving me 2.5 hours of driving time.

The Works oil change (with an appointment) took 2 hours . I was told to go to the waiting room and someone would come to tellme when the car service was completed. Instead I got a text message telling me one of my systems "failed" Being over 75 years old, this was upsetting to me. Rather than elect to have the battery cables cleaned for $50, I was the one who suggested I replace my 7 1/2 year old battery with a new one. Once I got in my car to leave, my radio was on an AM radio station and my display screen had also been changed. These are small things I know, but something very easy for a technician to do took me extra time to find the solution in my owners manual. Perhaps a little more attention to detail when working on someone's car would have given me a better experience. Otherwise I believe the work was done and the people I dealt with were courteous and knowledgeable.
