Upon looking under my vehicle I found that one of the clips was not installed on the under pan. The reason for the visit was to secure the panel which had come loose for the second time.

Everyone we had contact with really went above and beyond. Patrick was great and we never felt pushed to buy the truck. Love the truck!We have asked if someone can reach out to the sellers to find out if there is an extra key fob as we only received one. We were advised this would be checked on. We really would appreciate a 2nd FOB. Please get back to us with that update.

I called early Saturday and was afraid I wouldn't be able to get in and my work schedule is crazy to work around but the oil light came on and it needed changed. Jennifer was AWESOME!!! She got me in, called like she promised and was super nice and professional. I'll be back!!
