My service was quick taking into consideration how busy they were. The only thing that I wasn't too pleased about was that in reviewing my service report, the battery tests passed. I went out the next morning to leave and my battery was dead. I ended up having to get a new battery. Wouldn't that have shown up on the test?

Sales and support staff were very patient with my lack of preparation.
