My recent service was to investigate a discharged battery that was purchased at Coggins Ford 1.5 years ago. In less than 30 minutes, the Coggins Service Department determined that the battery was defective, and they replaced it free of charge. Such service is why Coggins exclusively has serviced my cars for more than 12 years.

Jake and the rest of your crew were terrific from beginning to end. This my family's fourth car from Coggin, that speaks volumes.

do you ever check all air type filters, cause you have never replaceed any to my knowledge?

When I drop it off for an oil change, I don't expect it to take 4 hours. Was told I should lie next time and say I'm waiting. If I wanted to wait, I would go to a quick lube. If my appt. is at a designated time, I expect it to be serviced near that time, not after all the waiters are taken care of.
