Don't understand that when I made an appointment online followed by a confirmation email, it doesn't appear on the service techs computer when you arrive at dealer for service. I had to pull up my email to confirm. Also, asked tech to remove another vehicle from database I no longer own but he couldn't, and my current vehicle which I've had serviced there for several years doesn't appear on the database ? However, the service on my vehicle was performed satisfactory

As usual, the way Service Managers treat me has always been consistently wonderful. They always listen and learn what my issues are and provide concrete solutions. This small home town dealer does an amazing job! Thanks to all the staff from the service writers, mechanics, and management! They are very good to communicate your status.

The only problem was it took 8 hours to complete the deal. That should be seriously shortened. The people and place were great. The sales agent (Shaun) was great. The Ford product is always great.
