In for an oil change and a minor warranty issue. Both handled quickly. However, on the inspection sheet, it was mentioned that the engine air filter needed attention. After getting home I removed the filter only to find globs of what looked like dirty cotton in the filter. Why wasn't this addressed during the inspection? Seemed only the mileage triggered the notice about the filter. I saved the material if you want to see it.
