What a wonderful experience! Found the exact vehicle I had been looking for an entire year. I drove 3 hours to the dealership and felt like a VIP. The Bronco was parked in front of the doors and everyone I came in contact with congratulated me on the purchase. Paul C. was my salesman. He was so easy to work with. No high pressure sales. Financing was a breeze. The finance manager explained my options and helped me to choose a warranty that worked best for me. Again, no hard sales tactic. Overall, it was a great experience and worth the drive.

Stopped by service department while out running errands and had ABS light to appear. They immediately checked my 2009 Ford Edge for the problem. I felt my best option was to talk with someone in sales about a new vehicle. Jake in sales was really super, listening very attentively to my wants and needs and was able to come up with the correct vehicle for me. I took it for a test drive and felt very comfortable and safe behind the wheel. We got paperwork completed with Ron in finance, who was also great and really knows his job. Overall I was very pleased with the entire process, and feel confident that if I run into problems I can contact Jake and he will assist me.
