Without having booked a service appointment, I arrived in the Service Lane at 7:15 AM on Monday, December 26. I was second in line. After the shop opened, the Service Advisor asked whether I had an appointment, and I said , “No”. He advised me to book one in the future, and that he’d try to minimize my inconvenience this time. I requested an oil-and-filter change and a tire rotation. A little more than one hour later, I was out the door, and completely satisfied with the service. I’ll do better next time, but Coggins was tops!

Goggins Ford has been a good place for me to do business. i have bought several Explorers there. However. the I usually depend on Steve in the Service Area for quality customer service. He is personal, thorough, and trusted. He is the one you should be sure to keep.

Came in for an oil change and to make an appointment for a recall, they were able to care for the recall as the oil change was done.
